1. Overview
At Drink Air, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After this period, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain goods are exempt from returns, including perishable items (e.g., food, flowers), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items showing obvious signs of use.
- Products that have been opened.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
4. Refund Process
- Notification: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Bank Account: Recheck your bank account.
- Credit Card Company: Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Bank: Contact your bank, as there’s often processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@drink-air.com and send your item to:

8. Gifts
- Gifted Items: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- Non-Gifted Items: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed about your return.
9. Shipping Returns

- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

- Shipping Insurance: For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
